1:1 Psychotherapy
Individual psychotherapy allows the space for the therapist and client to come together and establish a collaborative, working relationship to help find the client find relief, promote wellness, and help create change in the direction they desire.
Individual Therapy
I offer weekly, 50-minute sessions. To get a sense of your counseling needs, I offer a 10-minute free consultation.
Our first session will consist of an initial assessment where I will ask different questions to get to know you, explore your reasons for coming to therapy, and review the therapeutic process.
$185 / 50-minute session
Couples Counseling
Couples counseling can help create a deeper understanding of yourself and your partner. Counseling is available for couples at any stage of a relationship and can cover a wide range of issues, such as strengthening your connection, learning and trying out new skills, expressing your feelings, resolving conflicts, co-parenting, communication, navigating changes, or moving towards a future apart.
Couples Counseling
To best support you and your partner with your desired outcomes for counseling, the initial assessment may take up to several sessions to identify issues and come up with goals. Although sessions include both partners, there may be times where each partner is seen individually to gain more understanding and support the couple as a whole. This would be discussed with the both of you beforehand should the option of individual sessions is suggested.
$250 / 50-minute session
Home &
Hospital-Based Therapy during the Perinatal Period
Barriers such as access to child/infant care and health issues can make it challenging for people to receive in-person therapy. For those who could benefit from in-person therapy but do not prefer virtual visits or remote therapy would not be suitable or accessible, home and hospital-based therapy may be an option.
Options for care
During our consultation, we can discuss if home or hospital-based therapy would be a right fit for you. This can be a suitable option for those who:
are taking care of babies or young children
are limited to restricted movement
need support after recent diagnosis or hospitalization during pregnancy or the postpartum period
are limited to staying in their home/the hospital and could benefit from social connection and therapeutic support

Good Faith Estimate
The federal No Surprises Act became effective Jan. 1, 2022. The law aims to help patients understand health care costs in advance of care and to minimize unforeseen — or surprise — medical bills. Patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance to pay for care have a right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of their potential bill for medical services when scheduled at least three days in advance.
You are entitled to receive this “Good Faith Estimate” of what the charges could be for psychotherapy services provided to you. While it is not possible for a psychotherapist to know, in advance, how many psychotherapy sessions may be necessary or appropriate for a given person, this form provides an estimate of the cost of services provided. Your total cost of services will depend upon the number of psychotherapy sessions you attend, your individual circumstances, and the type and amount of services that are provided to you.
There may be additional items or services I may recommend as part of your care that must be scheduled or requested separately and are not reflected in this good faith estimate. This estimate is not a contract and does not obligate you to obtain any services from the provider(s) listed, nor does it include any services rendered to you that are not identified here.
You have the right to initiate a dispute resolution process if the actual amount charged to you substantially exceeds the estimated charges stated in your Good Faith Estimate (which means $400 or more beyond the estimated charges).
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate or the dispute process, visit https://www.cms.gov/nosurprises/consumers or call 1- 800-985-3059. The initiation of the patient-provider dispute resolution process will not adversely affect the quality of the services furnished to you.
